Privacy Policy

We take the privacy of your organisation's knowledge seriously. This policy explains what Mavaksys collects, how we use it and the controls you hold.

1. What we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Account details - the name, work email and company you provide when you create a workspace or contact us.
• Connected content - when you connect a source, we build a private index of its text so it can be searched. We store the index needed to answer questions, not a duplicate archive of your original files.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to run and improve the service - to return search results, generate assistant answers, keep your index current and send you transactional messages such as your login credentials and support replies.

3. Isolation and protection

Your records and index are isolated per organisation. Content is encrypted in transit and at rest, and any tokens for connected sources are held in an encrypted vault. We never store credentials in plain text.

4. Connected sources

When you authorise a source, Mavaksys reads it only within the permissions you grant and only to provide the service. We do not sell your data and we do not share access tokens with third parties.

5. Your controls

You can disconnect a source or request deletion of your indexed content at any time. A deletion request removes the associated index and stored credentials from our systems.
