Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of the Mavaksys knowledge core, its connectors and its assistant. By using the service you agree to be bound by them.
1. The service we provide
Mavaksys Private Limited provides a private knowledge core that indexes the material you connect and answers questions drawn from it. The service is offered subject to these terms and to all laws that apply to you.
2. Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your workspace credentials confidential and for the activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your access has been used without your permission.
3. The sources you connect
You may connect document libraries, drives, wikis and similar sources. By connecting a source you confirm that you hold the rights and permissions needed to index its contents. We handle that content in line with our Privacy Policy.
4. Ownership
You keep all rights to the files and documents you connect. Mavaksys keeps all rights to the software, models, design and features that make up the platform. Nothing here transfers ownership of your content to us or of our platform to you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access material you are not permitted to see, or use it to store or distribute unlawful content. Further detail is set out in our Acceptable Use guidelines.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service dependable, but it is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent the law allows, Mavaksys is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. Where a change is significant, we will make the updated terms available before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the revised terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
